Skye – Residence

This home was built in the early 1990’s but had a 70,s look. The inside was totally gutted and a large Living/Kitchen and Dining Area created at the back of the house, overlooking the city and gulf.

On the same level several other rooms were created including the Master Bedroom, Media Room and Library.

The client had lived in Asia for several years and during that time had collected some outstanding antique pieces which they wanted to incorporate into a more modern setting.

The tiled floors were replaced with polished bamboo in the main areas which blended beautifully with the rich silks and cut velvet. The walls were painted in a rich ochre to complete the scheme.
